Process and system guides for performance management. “I worked with Inge to develop process and system guides for a performance management system that was used by close to 3,000 public service employees. My vision and knowledge of the process and Inge’s expertise and knowledge about instructional writing allowed us to combine the system help guides and policy guides into one document and, in turn, dramatically reduced the content from over 180 pages and 30 documents to just over 40 pages and three key documents. The previously somewhat onerous process became simple and easy for users to follow and received positive recognition and feedback through internal awards and has become a benchmark  across the state government.” Christine Taylor.
